SpaceForge Atelier

Our story

SpaceForge Atelier began as a studio experiment: could we teach interior design with the same rigor we apply to real commissions—while honoring nature as the client of record? The answer shaped our curriculum and the way we critique work.

We fuse biophilic research, acoustics, and daylight studies with materials literacy and spatial storytelling. Every course is a path from concept to detail: from rituals and circulation to junctions, trims, and maintainability.

Our name nods to forging space—shaping volumes and atmospheres thoughtfully. Students build not just rooms, but rhythms of living.

Mission & values

Nature-first

Design with living systems in mind—air, light, sound, touch—and measure impact beyond aesthetics.

From moodboards to millwork details, we champion clarity, legibility, and maintainable specifications.

Community

We learn in public, give generous critique, and prioritize accessibility in both content and practice.
